Returns policy:

We want you to be delighted with your Jord Home purchase.

We have a no quibble returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and returned to us within 30 days.  

To complete your return ship your item to - Jord Home, Unit 8 Wates Way, Acres Estate, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 3TS

We provide a free returns label on all orders over £100. 

If, for any reason, you would like to return your item please do write to us at returns@jordhome.co.uk & we can arrange a returns label via Parcelforce. 

Full refunds will be issued on all goods returned to us, in their original condition, within 14 days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders.
